| The Notes tab is available for tracking the status of the incident. It is a required field, so at least an initial entry must be added to it. The popup menu provides the capability of those with administrator access to define common entries. These may include a timestamp. When the fields have been completed satisfactorily, the Incident Report may be saved by clicking on the Save Report button. The Close Report button closes the window. If the report has not been saved, a message window verifying that the report is to be discarded is displayed. |
