The functions available to analyze incidents are displayed by
clicking on the right mouse key in the body of the Analysis tab.
The functions are:
- Playback session: This will display a window in which
the headers and data reported with the highlighted incident
are displayed
- Create/View Report: This allows reports of serious
incidents to be created for historical analysis
- Site Info: This displays the Site and Point of Contact
information for the sensor that reported the incident
- Ignore Incident: This allows incidents to be ignored,
which means that it is closed without an Incident Report
- Order Incidents By: This allows the incidents to be
sorted by various fields which may help in determining the
seriousness of certain incidents
- Refresh: This closes all 'twisties' and displays a
message at the bottom of the screen indicating how many
incidents are open and how many are displayed
